Mental, emotional, or spiritual problems don’t wait to be solved on Sundays.  The program reaches into the business community five out of seven days each week and provides services and support 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The chaplains show a real interest in those people they would serve and make themselves available to discuss anything of interest.

I am personally challenged daily to live to a higher standard.... I have just lost my mother.  Our chaplain team was there to provide emotional support and comfort.  I wish I had this program when my father died several years ago.

The chaplains provide qualified, competent, professional people who can meet a person’s needs, either mental or spiritual.  This assistance is provided at no cost to the employee or their immediate family members.  

The benefit of this program to owners is that it saves us time and it also provides care to the owners as well. 

We had one employee pass away suddenly, and the chaplains stepped in right away and did the service and helped and guided the family through the entire process as well as doing the crisis management here with our staff.  Without a chaplain we would have had a difficult time walking through all that.

We have a lot of young people who move into Banff and work at the Rundlestone.  It’s great having a chaplain team to help orient them to the community as they get settled in.  

In my previous work in hotel management, I spent much of my time working through personal issues with my employees.  I’m not required to do that at the Rundlestone, as their personal issues are cared for by the chaplain team. 

It’s great having someone who can be trusted to share important things with besides my friends.  I’ve appreciated having a chaplain to coach me as I work through challenging personal issues. 

I consider the chaplain a personal buddy; he’s very easy to talk to. I enjoy going for breakfast with him once in a while. If I had a serious problem I would call him in a heartbeat.
